Available Positions
Flanders, NJ
Our company is an end-of-life electronics management company. We specialize in asset management, materials recovery, and secure data destruction for End-of-Life Electronics. Our targeted customers include high-level IT decision makers in commercial, institutional, municipal, medical, and academic industries.
We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to help expand AERC Recycling Solutions' services. The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Technical sales of recycling services to new clients and client base via direct sales presentation, telephone contact. Communicate and comprehend technical information.
- Prepare complex bid documentation, pricing, proposals and yearly forecasts. Utilize computers; fax machines, printers, copiers, etc. in the preparation of such documents.
- Manage multiple account territory throughout assigned geographic region.
- Travel to customer locations, etc. This may require extensive travel by car and airplane.
- Responsible for reaching sales targets and/or implementing programs to meet goals working w/all depts.
- Responsible to ensure proper credit approvals are completed prior to service being performed.
- Responsible for reviewing and taking appropriate action of customer outstanding balances prior to additional service work, and for assisting in the collection of overdue invoices and facilitating payments by providing accurate and timely information for billing.
- Gather and submit information for new account approvals.
- Submit weekly itineraries and sales highlight reports to manager on a timely basis.
- Keep support personnel advised of whereabouts. Call in, check voice mail on frequent basis.
- Submit monthly expense reports as appropriate.
- Complete job worksheets with all appropriate information on timely basis.
- Responsible for all direct and written customer interface on matters of sales, pricing, contract negotiation, coordination of services and problem solving.
- Responsible for maintenance of account files per company guidelines.
- Respond to discrepancy issues on timely basis.
- Gather/submit competitive info to Corp. Sales & Marketing for analysis and distribution.
- Responsible for providing general assistance and training to sales/service support personnel.
- Reliable, regular attendance and punctuality essential to meet customer/business needs.
Other Requirements:
- Adverse weather conditions possible, exposure to potentially difficult environments such as confined, narrow spaces, heights, chemically contaminated environments during site walks.
- May sit or speak on phone for extended periods of time.
- May spend extended periods of time driving to customers.
- May spend extended periods of time on computer.
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience AND/OR minimum one year sales experience, preferably in a technical, service industry.
- Ability to travel overnight and to work more than 40 hours a week required.
- Valid driver’s license required for daily travel.
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work well with people required.
- Must meet OSHA training requirements and be able to lift 60 pounds.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to wear respirator for customer sites.

Account Manager to sell electronics recycling services
Our company is an end-of-life electronics management company. We specialize in asset management, materials recovery, and secure data destruction for End-of-Life Electronics. We are looking to hire an Account Manager to help expand AERC Recycling Solutions' services in the Northern California area. The candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Environment.

2 – 5 years of sales experience directly selling into pharmaceutical, medical, financial, technology, or computer leasing industries.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Goldmine a plus.
- Demonstrated independent worker, with initiative.
- Willing to travel extensively within the region.

Houston, TX Facility
Inside Sales and Customer Service
- Directly assist Account Manager with the development/maintenance of customer base.

Provide customer interface on matters of sales, pricing, service coordination, problem solving.

Handle numerous customer phone calls in a professional manner.

Arrange for correspondence, brochures, and information packages to be sent to new and prospective customers.

Compose letters and prepare customer quotations and assist with bid proposals.

Interface with internal departments within the Company to accomplish sales goals.
- Responsible for data entry and utilization of management software to service customer.

Perform some telesales functions as requested.
Background Requirements:

Prior customer service experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written skills required.

Some typing ability and some degree of computer literacy required.

Clean, neat appearance required for interface with customers.

Previous technical experience in areas such as manufacturing.

Chemical processing or hazardous waste management is desirable.

Requires ability to anticipate customer, Account Manager and department needs and work independently to meet those needs.
